I was worried it would be too big and bulky to use across the shoulder but I didnt want a tiny bag that I couldn't put more than my keys and cell phone in it. It turned out to be a perfect size, holds my daily use items with plenty of room in case I want to throw a water bottle in there, Coach did a great job in designing this bag. One thing I would like to change is the lenght of the strap, you can't adjust it and the bag could hang a few inches too low if you are 5'5 or shorter. Regardless, I love it and am glad I took the risk. Great leather, not heavy material, strap is strong and sturdy and not painful to hang on your shoulder.

Great bag, fits a Kindle Fire plus a large wallet. Got mine from the outlets for a little less $. Very cute and sturdy, love that it's a cross body. Comes in other colors, too.
